Loved the level of spice but at times wish there was a bit more plot building. Felt like the ending was rushed.
Otherwise I read it in one day and really enjoyed the quick and easy read. I fell in love with the characters, and wish the author made more like this!

If you love the FMC from Brave (pixar) you’ll love this as much as I did. Wasn’t spicy but was steamy in all the right ways. I really enjoyed the flow and world building since I’m not a huge fantasy reader but this made it easy for me.

I absolutely adore all of the characters and feel so invested in everything that’s happening at this point. I again have cried, laughed, and gasped multiple times during this book (and series in general).

I laughed out loud several times at Bree (fmc) it’s almost worth reading just for her alone.

Honestly, I had a hard time finishing it. I wanted to know what happened so I pushed myself, combined with how much I WANTED to really love this.
I am a huge fan of the idea, but I just feel like it was missing some things.
I wish I could rate it higher but I just can’t… maybe I’ll read another from the author and see if it’s just this one ?

Ok so we finally got a little spice in this one…. For the clock app to be hyping this as a spicy series I’m waiting for it lol
Thankfully we’re seeing growth in the FMC so at least she says less “freaking” but again still found the author using non American terms to describe things.
Idk I still read it quickly and probably will continue to keep reading.
The reason I vote it so low is due to the way the author drags stuff on. She repeats herself multiple times and often just repeating something she thought but then voiced aloud. I also hate that I can tell when something bad is going to happen because she has the “calm before the storm” happen so often. (Everything gets good and then you know it’s about to get bad.)
Lastly I saw the cliffhanger coming from a mile away. Without giving spoilers; well duh it seemed fishy yall everything did. Talk about Sus with some of his actions. >.>
