I really enjoyed this book!! I liked the premise and the characters felt unique. The cave they were in was dark and creepy and the bugs omg. I would not want to be transported to a new world 😬 I definitely want to pick up book 2!

I just love Stephen King honestly. His short stories always feel like coming home. This book was no exception.

This was an incredibly heartfelt book that explores death and rituals around death in various cultures. It really got me thinking about my own feelings on death and bodies. It was written in an open and honest way that didn’t feel too sad or heavy. I honestly think everyone should pick this book up.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 62%.
I wasn’t feeling the tension between the characters that I should have been. Also the waterfall scene killed me.

This was an awesome fast paced thriller! I was shocked by so many of the plot twists and reveals. I absolutely loved switching between three different perspectives and not knowing how they all connected. Once they did all connect I was blown away. I feel like there’s a reason this book has become so popular lately and I’m totally here for it.

This book was fun but didn’t hook me like I thought it would. I had a hard time keeping up with all the characters and their backstories. I also felt like it should have been a really creepy ambience but that fell short for me. I liked the overall premise of the story though with everyone being trapped on the mountain with a killer on the loose.

Oh my goodness!!! This book took me by total surprise. I am having a hard time even gathering my thoughts about it because wow wow wow. The ending was magnificent and I need the next book asap.

This one has a lovely cast of diverse characters that formed into a found family as time went on. I absolutely loved the idea of a chosen one really being a chosen pair and one is an amplifier to the others magic. Top notch.

The author did an amazing job at writing a fun fantasy book with plenty of heartfelt, tense, and lighthearted moments. It didn’t feel forced. It read so easily that it was like watching a move in my head. If you like fantasy and romance read this book.

Wow this book had me hooked from page one. I loved the overall theme of the thief on one last heist and all that came after. This book was complex and had twist after twist. The ending was insane and blew me away. I’m definitely reading more from this author.
