Includes rat studies and studies that are made on very small samples of people.
She doesn't outright say not to try potassium supplements, which could cause heart issues if taken in the wrong amounts.
The narration and the content are not really all that suitable for falling asleep to, as there are some anxiety causing things, such as listing diseases you get if you can't get enough sleep.
There is a bit of a shaming element if you can't manage to change your bedsheets every week and for the narration part at times there's a sudden volume increase in emphasis of random words.
She also doesn't take into account all that much different people's budgets.
Wasn't expecting some occult. 2nd narrator was unpleasant.Slow beginning almost DNF gets better with modern times girl rather than Prince & his father's death...

It also had some weird things like the horse called Socks being afraid of being too fat and very self-conscious and depressed.
Although the misunderstandings at the beginning were cute and amusing because they lived in different times, it got tedious , them not understanding each other over and over, wasn't funny anymore.
The ending which was hard to guess didn't feel like it fit the style of the book because it had some sci-fi type of things in it. It did end quite abruptly but on purpose for book 2 which looks a lot funnier from the one-hour sample available on Google Books.
The introduction isn't so helpful and could be triggering. Narration mostly calm and relaxing .She goes off on these tangents with her statistics getting nowhere near the chapter heading and most of it is basic information.

It requires a carpeted floor or a yoga mat.
Joint mobilisation exercise - gently shaking the whole body for a minute ,some bouncing and ankle rotation exercises that require standing, rolling the shoulders.Every 20mins look outside the window to take eye breaks from the computer.Rolling eye movements. ♾️ eye movements. Rolling pelvis while sitting
I fail to see the evidence for all these exercises, I did a couple and didn't feel any better, just awkward. There's more evidence for tapping, havening and isometric yoga.
