Light, easy, endearing and fun read with a powerful message and actionable steps. I started practicing with my kids before I had even finished the book and it's already transformed my relationship with my kids in the most beautiful ways.

Highly, highly recommend.

Fascinating and lovely read, made even more lovely by the fact that the audiobook is read by the author. I especially liked the nature sound clips included too! Normally I listen at double speed but just couldn't bring myself to do it here, so I took a while to get through it, but it was like having an audio version of Planet Earth to carry around with me while I got stuff done. It was wonderful.
