If you want something completely fresh from the Zen Master, then this is a great title to pickup. It's finally been translated from the Vietnamese so us English readers can appreciate.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 32%.
Some of the content is troubling and definitely doesn't stand the test of time. It just doesn't feel right. Paternalism, child porn (not explicit), sexist gender roles, etc. Story seems fine but I haven't met the "deadly conflict" yet. But maybe I just don't need to.

It was a fun (for a horror book) and fast read. Reality bending. For lack of better phrase, it's a ghost story in space. The scary parts were less scary than I thought it would be, but perhaps that's just me. I can imagine some readers not being able to sleep after reading.
