A good book, though I’m not sure I like how Hazel is portrayed, it’s just too much, why on earth would someone behave like this. Nothing makes any sense, it’s very cliché, the character lacks a good development. Hazel is just shallow, it’s always the same thing poor and boring Hazel is proving she can have fun duh! Noah is well done though.
Too much spice kill the spice, some scenes were unnecessary and not so well written.
Still enjoyed that book but less than the first one, hopefully the third one is better.

Wow, I devoured the whole series, it is so well written. The characters are very lovable and funny to follow through their journey. I would highly recommend this series. The romance is good and nicely brought, not too much, just what was needed. It’s rare nowadays to have great romantasy series without any smut, I’m glad Stephanie did it!

Well THAT’S what I call a perfect book ! Absolutely loved it! I can’t believe the second book of this series is as good as the first one, I can’t wait to read the third.
The plot, the characters, everything was good.

I loved that book, the universe is easy to understand, the plot, characters are awesome. This is a good romantasy, I can't wait to read the next book. Hopefully it will be as great as this one.
The world building is really cute and cozy in its own way. It seems beautiful, at least in my head.
This is a good choice for people coming from romance to fantasy. It's accessible to everybody. Maybe it was a little harder to understand the magic system at first, that might be because I haven't read the Caraval first, but when we start a separate series we either make sure that the magic system is understandable or we explain it a bit better. Anyways it doesn't prevent you from understanding and following the plot.
I had a blast reading it!

That third book was really good though not as good as the first one. I really enjoyed the last battle if I can say without spoiling. But the very end what on earth, not sure I liked it. That was just weird. The romance could have been more developed, at least on their feelings, what is going on with the brothers.  There was an interesting plot at the beginning, the middle of the book was empty, I had a month reading slump because of it.
Yet I did enjoy the series, I might read the fourth one we’ll see.

That was a great book ! It could have been a 5 stars but I wasn't as much in it as I was with the first of the series hence the 4.5 rating. I still love following Avery through her journey, I've got to say that I'm left disappointed with the romance in this book. What is going on with those two brothers?! Avery needs to chose, come on is it that hard to make a decision? On that point she's getting on my nerves.
Good plot with this family and good riddles, puzzles... I'm glad we got to have Max coming instead of just having her on the phone with her weird curse words.
Anyways, I would highly recommend this book and this series so far. Hopefully the next book will be as good.

I LOVED this book ! I truly loved everything, the characters, the plot, even the dead characters. Everything was well thought and written, behind these puzzles and riddles, we must have a brilliant author. Jennifer Lynn Barnes knows how to tell a story without any boring moment, how to get you involved in every passage. We're thrilling to know what's coming next. Always new plots popping up.
I rarely give 5 stars to a book, guess I can make an exception when it is indeed exceptional.
I will definitely read the series and I highly recommend this book to any person who likes a good brain-teaser.

Well what a life…
Lots of people recommended me this book so I had to read it.
As always Taylor Jenkins Reid knows how to write, it’s very easy to read and you always want to know what’s coming next! And let me tell you this is a prowess when you know how much I didn’t like Evelyn Hugo.
I could not care less about Evelyn, Celia, Monique and co… The only one likable was Harry and poor guy!
It’s still a good book and a great story. I like how transitions are done between the different eras, very flowing.
