The Detroit Electric Scheme by D.E. Johnson
3.0
Ok, kind of easy to figure out. Interesting to read about electric vs gasoline powered cars in the early 1900's, and how the fact that the cars running on electriciy simply couldn't go as far as the gas powered cars is still an issue today.
Killing Time by Caleb Carr

Did not like this. Had to struggle to finish; was curious to see how it ended but really not very good. His other books were great so I was very disappointed with this. It didn't help that it is very outdated (from 2000) and the things he "predicted" would occur haven't so it was weird.
The Naked Truth: The Real Story Behind the Real Housewife of New Jersey--In Her Own Words by Danielle Staub

Oh my I am embarrased to admit I read this. Awful, just awful!
Death Be Not Proud by John Gunther
4.0
It's been a long time since I first read this, and I was instantly transported back to the TV movie with Robbie Benson as John Gunther. A moving, interesting book. Amazing how far medicine has come.
The Wives of Henry Oades by Johanna Moran
3.0
Great premise, a bit slow, though. I love books about the San Francisco area at the turn of the 20th century, for some reason, and a good part of this takes place there. I like the language truly reflects the time.
London Bridges by James Patterson

A litle muddled, seems like it was filler for the Alex Cross series.
Roses Are Red by James Patterson

Patterson is always good when I need a quick two-day book. He doesn't disappoint.
