I loved the beginning of this book. I found it very informative. I loved hearing about the actual research done in terms of generational trauma, and I loved the overall concept of learning how to identify that trauma and how to let it go. However, by the halfway point I found it getting somewhat repetitive, as most self-help books tend to in my opinion. I loved the last chapter and thought the closing statement was very touching. Overall, very insightful and educational though redundant at times.
