Home Body by Rupi Kaur

I thought that the
writing and portrayal of emotion
was excellent for the
most part
what got exhausting were the
akward line breaks like
these, and some of the
poems falling in the trap of
“fake deep” one-liners
i feel like rupi kuar
could write excellent
prose, but these poems are
fine
overall i give it
3.5/5 stars
