“then tell me you hate me, that i am your worst enemy. better yet, tell me you don’t want to kiss me.”

“[…] fine. i don’t want to kiss you. satisfied?”

“liar.”

~ ♡ 4/5

to begin, i LOVE emilia and wrath and their tension is immaculate. and the slowest burn of the century. like tell eachother you love eachother already my god.

and despite in the first book where i hated envy, he added so much this book. whenever he was present the little jokes he made had me giggling.

only downfall of this book was none of the questions were ever answered. it just created more questions. so i hope KOTF concludes everything.

but i’m excited to see emilia find her true power, and hopefully get a love confession because it’s long overdue man.

“opening the envelope, i pull out the white piece of paper held inside it and open it up. […] it says i have one hour to live.”

the ending was lacking, but some of the plot twists were very good in my opinion. i wouldn’t rave about this book but if you want a simple mystery this would work!

i kinda wish the epilogue was less vague and had more details.

“i have given enough. i have lost enough. i am not going to lose you, too.”

i loved this book so much, willow was still badass as ever. and my sweet gray. he truly deserved to be loved and to love back. i’m so happy they got their happily ever after.

also, the found family in this was to die for. the way willow truly would have done anything for those three girls and they would have done the same back.

this book was a whirlwind of emotions, i didn’t know whether to scream, cry or squeal have the time.

i hope in the future we get a spin off. or even a novella of what happens after because there was some unanswered questions, and i don’t know if a third book is in the works as it’s classified as a duet.

but really and truly this book holds such a special place in my heart. i recommend this 13837283%.

she pursed her lips against mine, the lightest kiss i thought id ever received. i felt the touch down to my toes, as if she could breathe life into me.

if charlotte hecate was death itself, willow madizza felt like life.

i was hooked from the very first word. willow is a badass and i can’t decided whether i want to be her or be with her.

her and gray are soulmates i truly believe that.

i hope the ending can be rectified because it broke my heart. i hope the damage can be fixed.

and if he was the person who'd stolen her from me, i’d make
him pay with his own life.
