This is unironically the worst book I've ever read. I refused to DNF it but I really wish I had. It had too much going on, it was enemies to lovers if you squint, light vs dark power that's super played out, Rey-lo if you squint, in one part of the book she was like "I went to slap him in the face but I caressed his cheek instead" and he was like "lunged at her and AcCiDeNtAlLy KiSsEd hEr" literally get a fucking grip. It was so bad. So so bad. The plot went from "I'm saving my kingdom" to an arranged marriage plot and it was so confusing. I hated every second of this book and I will not apologize for it. It was terrible.
