In full transparency, I saw a lot of myself in this book. A lot of my darkest times and worst decisions is reflected in Queenie and what she went through. We're human, we're not perfect, and sometimes we go on paths of self destruction before coming back out of the rubble and realizing who we are and what we deserve.

This book had every thing you could want in a romance but ON TOP OF THAT: it’s a black adult romance set in college. I couldn’t rate this book any higher but if I could: 6 stars, hell 10 stars even! 🥹🩷

This was so cute and a fast paced read. I loved every minute of it. Spooky, funny, beautiful to look at. Overall I think it pulled me out of my reading slump!

Whew this book was a lot, I wish the ending was a bit more full circle, and honestly I wish she would’ve killed Graham, he is no better than the rest of them in my eyes. Definitely worth the read, I didn’t find any moment skippable!

6 STARS!! THIS BOOK WAS PHENOMENAL!! THE DRAMA, THE ROMANCE, THE FRIENDSHIP???? I could cry right now, new comfort read. BRB about to get a physical copy of it so l can cry and admire it for the art it is.
