I didn't expect to love it this much, but here I am giving it a well-deserved 5 star. This is one of those high-quality enemies to lovers tropes.
The reason behind Khalid's action was a great one. The only annoying thing in my opinion was Trariq. His chapters were really boring tbh.
Anyways I'm reading the second book right away.

This book includes 3 short stories by Kafka and a Letter to his father.
The style of writing did not appeal to me.
It was a little dry.
The judgement: 3/5
The stoker: 2/5
The metamorphosis: 4.5/5
Letter to his father: 4.5/5

Brilliant.
Whimsical.
And poetic.
This is definitely my favorite play so far.

I fell in love with Oscar Wilde.
Such poetic and Lyrical writing is not something you see very often.
And that brilliant ending. 👌🏻
The characters are thoroughly well-developed.
From Dorian himself to the despicable lord Henry (who is a narcissistic pig, but you can't admire how well he's been written)
I highly recommend this book.
It made me want to read everything Oscar Wilde has written. And I probably will.

The glamor, beauty and the general atmosphere of this book is a whole new level of awesomeness.
I went into this book not knowing what it was really about and I thought it was gonna be a cheesy book about an actress with seven husbands. But I was proved wrong in the best possible way. This book is about greed, family, love, human errors, compassion, the price of success.
An Important read. Don't let the title fool you this book is phenomenal.

A solid read with a brilliant concept.
However it was very slow-paced with many unnecessary details. (just my personal opinion)
It took too long to get to the interesting and juicy parts. But the main protagonist is a tenacious, flawed character that makes this book worth reading. Be warned there are many trigger warnings relating to this book do not go into it without doing a little research first it can get really dark at times.
I'm hoping these problems will be dealt with in the sequels to come.

I absolutely love  Sherlock Holmes as a character. But my love for the show runs very deeper. This book however is not just about the show it has also sections that compares the original Sherlock story to the script from the show. What a fantastic book I loved it so much.
