Cuuute! I found this book through a picture of a cat on twitter, a super adorable picture, and when scrolling the thread it turned out the cat starred in a book! It'll surprise no-one that I then needed to buy and read the book, asap :p

This was a nice book, but so different from what the cover and the blurb suggest. Especially the cover. It's like the coverartist maybe read half the blurb to make the cover, and didn;t look at the book itself at all (very possible, of course). The characters on the over do not look like they're suggested to be almost 50, and it also suggests way more of a romance than the book actually is.
And don't get me wrong, it's cool that it's not about young people, and not completely zeroed in on a romance, but more on the life of the people itself. But... that's not what the outside of the book suggests.
