Professor Wilde is thee autism representation we needed from a series like this I love her and her crew so much.
Also, Wendell, call me back the kids miss you.

(I did also really enjoy that there were connections to the first book, and it wasn't like two stand alone books in a series. having Poe be a really important character still made me so happy he is just my little guy.)

This felt so slow for such a short novel, I hated the protagonist but didn't care for the plot twist which was directly related to her- which should've vindicated my feelings towards her, however, after being fed irrelevant plot points for 2/3rds of this I couldn't find the heart to care for her, or her partner (who is a key part of the whole plot)

we return our roots and to 5 star land with this series, and I adore Linh and Nathair like no other pairing (sorry to everybody else).
I don't know what's different, but this book just clicked with me and after the first maybe 15% of the book I inhaled this, frothing at the maw when they finally got together, and exploring their deepest selves and traumas together to heal.
although there was no interaction between the other siblings, I'm hoping for a massive family meet up in the next (LAST BTW?) book and maybe even the return of a certain bear from another plane (love that guy) so these two could work it out for realsies; what I mean to say is that the isolation of Nathair doesn't hurt the plot in any way, where in previous books the sibling bond (and rivalry) needed to be seen.
Linh can do nothing wrong she is my beloved sunshine rainbow fairy princess I love her so much! I love how she's so devoted to herself and her family and eventually Nathair regardless of everything that she goes through, and her journey of healing is a joyous one to follow!

Read with my beloved friend out loud in a car at one in the morning in a crackfic sort of way, making this experience way more fun than any serious read should've, so therefore it gets way more stars than I normally would've given it on any other given day.

this book was cute but I can't get over the characters inner voice being the way that it was (actually killed me) and the sudden point of view switches- especially with nothing showing that its happened!
otherwise loved the world building and the relationship between mika and her mini me's

I demolished this bad boy in the plane in between feeling ill and feeling tired and still absolutely loved it!
REALLY loved the dynamic between Harry and Wyn (thee babygirl of all babygirls), though I feel like we could've delved deeper into both of them as characters (yes, more than we did), before they absolutely doce into it.
as per usual, absolutely loved it, very few notes, keep it up ms. henry xoxo
