Really interesting and insightful. I do wish there were more forms of exercise metioned besides cardio. I have been working to create an exercise habit and many of the tips and studies she mentioned I will keep in mind. 

One thing that bugged the hell out of me was the last chapter discussing the group of women whose goal was weight loss and saying that the most successful women were the ones who lost the most weight and ate the least amount of calories. 😬 Which if im correct, is a recipie for rebound weight plus more. The only weight loss process that works is a slow and steady one. Fitness is so deeply intagled into diet loss culture and it was honestly so refreshing to hear it from a mental angle, right up to that point. You will lose weight exercising or you won't, who cares, there is nothing wrong with being in a bigger body. It should not be the primary reason you are moving your body because you won't stick with it if it comes from an angle of being unhappy with your body. 

Fitness experts go one book without mentioning weight loss challenge.
