Phenomenal read. I'm taking lots of reading suggestions from the authors. There is definitely a business slant to the book, but unlike many "business" books, this one is of great interest to anyone.

PS I do think that the name doesn't seem to align with the book. I mean, it is is about changing when change is hard, but "Switch" seems to have been chosen by the marketers on what would sell. I don't think the authors ever actually talk about switching. Just a funny thing to me. It would be interesting to know what they originally thought they were going to title it :)

I like these ideas. Used it in my freshman seminar. Although the kids preferred fiction, they seemed to grab onto the concepts of Rider and Elephant, how to best set goals, how to look for the bright spots for inspiration and that change is a process. I'm proud of them.

One day, I'll read it again as I appreciated it's main points.

What an amazing book. A common thread exists from start to finish of this book, while also applying many different examples. Interesting concepts in change, and change management make this a must read for anyone in leadership or aspiring to initiate change in any part of their life.

i liked the earlier chapters more than the last one-third of the book. seemed as if there was really no new information. seems to be a theme for many "how-to" type books. information on decision paralysis was good

Informative and I liked all the practical and real life examples that they gave! I can see myself referring back to this book for inspiration when I feel stuck in a situation

I was about to give it four stars, but the great recap at the end made me switch: five stars for this very educational read about change.
