A fun book on the basics of meditation, especially great for beginners (or, if you’re like me, people who have tried to meditate regularly for a long time). The authors are funny, light-hearted, and the people in the book are relatable. I especially appreciate the scientific approach to mindfulness mediation, rather than the spiritual approach, which often turns most people away from the practice. The book presents a handful of simple meditations for various situations and offers online videos to explain further. Overall, a solid book on mindfulness meditation.

Great info, easy to follow instructions, fun to read. My only disappointment was that some of the resources listed in the back of the book are no longer free or available.
