You know, I do feel sorry for the tree (or trees) that died for this book to be printed.

I don't think I have ever set my eyes on a more superficial book/memoir/magazine/portfolio of a sort, name it any way you prefer.

If this book aimed to prove to the audience that this celebrity person has more to offer than what we saw/received/attended to so far, that she is not just one more stupid rich blonde, this book did not hit the spot. However, if it was intended as yet another joke of a rich b***h just because she can and just because why not, then the book is even more superficial than I previously stated.

But hey, look at the bright side of the things - she now has one more occupation to add to her list (a true busy bee!). After being the heiress, model, party girl, singer, actress, and DJ, she can proudly call herself an author, which is excellent for her entrepreneurship.

Anyway, would not recommend it to anyone, liking or disliking her. Not even for the colourful pictures in it.

Guilty Pleasure.

Ok, I'll admit, when I was young I loved Paris Hilton.
Reading this book now is infuriating.
Everything she says is a contradiction, bamboozling young girls into aspiring to be this unreachable type of 'perfect' female that, for example, can only eat greasy food or caviar but God forbid you get a spot because, and I quote, "Perfect skin is a birthright." BUT! Next minute she's saying not to eat caviar because that's what people expect you to do. Also it's for wannabes. Yup.
Furthermore, she preaches the importance of 'ditziness' as it will make you appear adorable and cute cos' HELL NO we ladies aren't allowed to be smart.
Ugh. So yeah, this book sucks and I wish I hadn't paid so much attention to her as a naive girl when I could've spent time actually believing in myself as opposed to trying to live by her bullshit rules.
Rant over, peace out.

If you took this seriously and don't think this book is hilarious, then I don't think you got it.

This was a really quick read, and I did enjoy it. It's not something I would usually pick up, and it's not incredibly well-written, but it was nice to read something light like this at a time like we are living through now.
