I'm kind of sad that I didn't like this more. It wasn't bad, but it was defintely my least favorite in the series; or among any of Chanda Hahn's books. Sad to see this series end, but i am not sure I liked how the story turned out; except for the wat the love triangle ended, I had a lot of love for that part!

I really enjoyed The Silver Siren and all it's characters. This book had me on my toes and I couldn't put it down. I was really happy with the twists of the different characters and the ending.

Wow! This book was completely amazing! I'll admit I started this trilogy with a measure of doubt, but it built and built and built and by the end was completely amazingly everything I want in a YA fantasy novel.

So to start with, the characters are amazing. Even minor characters from the first book change and grow and develop in unexpected ways. Between sword brothers and guardians and sirens, nations at war for reasons and then underlying reasons and then real reasons, there is conflict galore, twists and turns and surprises, and everything wonderful. Everything that seemed disconnected in the previous books came together into a glorious amalgamation of answers and explanations, and yes, surprises.

To begin with, Kael takes Thalia to his home. This is only fair, since book 2 took us to both Joss and Thalia's homes, but things are a little different with sword brothers. They aren't what she expected and neither is she what they expected. Things just get crazier from there as more worlds collide, family she didn't know comes out of the woodwork, the attacks from the Septori and others grow more frequent, and for the first time, Joss and Kael and Thalia are sent in three different directions. Much is at stake, but Thalia is ready for it, or at least ready to sacrifice everything.

So much wow! I will probably need to reread this trilogy at a later date just to catch what happened with everyone and everything, but this was excellent and I loved it and I recommend it to people.

Loved this book! I'm so happy that the author finished. I finished the second book and was worried when the third book didn't have a date in it or cover because this series is like a self published book I think. It took forever for this book to come out (or not, I'm impatient).

I found the first book free on Amazon and I'm glad I picked it up!! I loved how the started started - straight to action- and it never stopped. Thalia is a great heroine and her journey through her pain made me love her more because she didn't break down and quiet, she fought to stop the people who hurt her so they wouldn't hurt anyone else.

I also really loved her relationship with Kael <3 they're made for each other (soul mates ^.^)

Anyways, great ending to the story and great series!! :D

This was such a wonderful end to the series! It keeps you enthralled until the very last second! This was the best out of the three, in my opinion!

I loved this series and I'm sad to see it come to an end, but all good things must end so on to the review. There was enough intrigue to keep you going throughout the whole novel. So much in fact I read all 255 pages in one sitting. This book never slows down and throws enough surprises in to keep you gasping every few chapters or so.

We finally get the answers to the love triangle between Thalia, Kael, and Joss, and we finally get answers to who Thalia's mother is and why Thalia is so special. I'd say, all in all, the story is wrapped up pretty damn well. Aside from a few generic concepts in fantasy novels, you know... the good vs evil and classism issues, this book is awesome. I think the thinking behind why Thalia is so special and the explanation for her gifts wasn't that original, but that doesn't overshadow how great this book is. In fact, that's my only gripe with this story. You can't be perfect at anything in life but you can get damn close, that's why I am reading this book a 4.8. Read it, read all of the iron butterfly series it comes highly recommended by me.
