Great Beginning

I really enjoyed this book.

Amanda Richardson is a new to me author. This book was a fast burn with only a very little bit of bullying, which was refreshing. Now don’t get me wrong, I love a good bully book but sometimes I need that change.

Briar shows the guys immediately that she won’t be intimidated by them.

The guys are all different in what they provide for her, feeling wise.

I definitely recommend this book

well, can't say i didn't enjoy it. i just felt like everything happened WAY too fast? she met them 10 days ago and suddenly they're acting like they're ready to take a bullet for her.
props to the author for mentioning therapy and for not healing briar's trauma with sex. she *ACTUALLY* got professional help to assist her in dealing with such strong trauma like someone who you're supposed to trust assaulting you.
i like the boys and i like that they're not actually bullies, just misunderstood kids. i wish we had more time with them and briar so their relationship could develop. if this book's timeline had happened in months or even a few weeks, i feel like we'd be able to enjoy more and connect to the characters more.
another bad point is that i've spotted a few misspelled words in this book, nothing too grotesque, but i think it shouldn't be there, considering it's a published book.

This was def not a super well written book. Plot was lacking along with characters in general. But let’s be real, I read this for a quick smutty read. Overall, it was meh. I’ll read the second just to finish out the duet.

I loved this book, the twist was great and the ending was everything I wanted for the characters.

DNF. The writing is just so cheesy and bad.
