It’s the first ever nonfiction self-help book I read, and I’m pretty happy with it. I honestly picked the book up as a joke but it got really interesting and I was fully invested in the analytical parts as I was in the practical parts.
I don’t think I’ll do the detox programme because I already do a bunch of what is advised to do. But the analysis of what phones do to you opened my mind tremendously, and made me much more aware of the issue of technology.
100% would recommend

Equal parts terrifying (reading all the ways phones affect us) and liberating (the break up part). Dan and I did the actual 30 days of breaking up together and our screen time has been so greatly reduced and it’s been so good!
