I really liked this book. He did a good job of presenting his case along with his personal experience. I would have given him 5 stars if the references had been included. I don't want to have to go looking for them.

I enjoyed this - nicely interwoven tale of hunting and modern sedentary lifestyle. Some of the facts are wrong which was offputting but assuming the rest was factual it was really good

Excellent writing. It’s definitely in the “Bro literature” category so be forewarned. Practical research interspersed with a personal experience in the Artic. Wish there was more about the Artic hunt though. Had lots that will inspire me to get off the couch a little more and into nature.

Great book! an interesting take on where we are as humanity and how we need to course correct or continue to be fat and dumb
