I thoroughly enjoyed the book for its unique approach to non-fiction storytelling. The adventure woven throughout kept me engaged without overwhelming me with research and statistics, making it a delightful read. However, as a woman, I feel compelled to caution those with eating struggles to avoid the chapter discussing hunger and fasting. Women may be more sensitive to fasting, experiencing stronger reactions to hormone changes that can impact the reproductive cycle. It's important to research further and consider personal behaviors before making changes. Nonetheless, I still highly recommend the book!

If you have an active eating disorder or are in early recovery, you may want to avoid this book for now. There are potentially triggering discussions around food, body, and exercise.
