★★★★½

Sword of Destiny follows the same style as 'The Last Wish', but these stories feel more cohesive and are very enjoyble in comparison.

Listened to the audiobook. Perfect for a light read (listen) full of action and humor. Narration by Peter Kenny is A++.

3.5-3.8 but rounded up.

A bit like the last wish, this is a solid collection of short stories that I genuinely enjoyed and they definitely help give a good understanding of the character and world. Not quite a 4 star book for me but does't deserve to be rounded down to a 3. Again, I certainly enjoyed the book but now looking forward to getting into the full novels.

The last two short stories saved this book for me. I was pretty bored for the first four. I’m not sure why we needed two prequel books of short stories for this series. It’s also a little frustrating that the books are not more clearly stated to be prequels or short stories, as I might have started with Blood of Elves and read more of the series first before coming back to the prequels had I known. I’m hopeful that the next book draws me in. Hoping that all the short stories become relevant and the point of them becomes clearer in the actual Witcher Saga.

Każde opowiadanie miało w sobie coś niesamowitego i w sumie podobały mi się o wiele bardziej, niż te z "Ostatniego Życzenia". Comfort read
