This was an assignment from my therapist. Informative and helpful, yes, but could have done with more strategies at the end.

What an amazing book! I’m a textbook anxious person, and so have read a bit about anxiety, besides therapy help. This book encapsulates the neurological reasons for anxiety, how to identify which pathways are activated, and how to defuse or reduce them. Based in science, but not dry, this is a book I would recommend to anyone who has experienced anxiety (which given the pandemic is about 100% of humans by now).
