I never go too in depth with these reviews because I assume we all know what we're getting into. Siren romance book, cool.
Characters were likeable, plot was really decent and quite ambitious for these novels! Really enjoyed the ending!
I feel like these married to magic novels have really improved since their inception, going from 300 page basic romances to 600 page quite fleshed out stories with some really emotive points!
Solid read innit, no more to say!

-Can we talk about how beautiful the cover is, how is it made to look like one of the Historical romance books?
-Victori and Ilrith's relationship is so tender, cute, sweet.
-Ilrith is by far the calmest, most understanding, least condescending and softest male character of all the others in the series. He's adorable.
-I like how Elise Kova's female characters in this series are tenacious and stubborn enough to make others listen to her voices. They come from different realities and environments, whether it is a loving family or a negligent and abusive one, they still have that selflessness and inclination to help everyone, even though everyone can treat them badly.
-But, I don't like books with characters who are in the same condition as Victoria, characters who are neither there nor here. I don't see the point, and that takes away from my personal enjoyment of the book.
-Anyway, I love this series, and I can't wait for the next volume.

Omg the prolouge is good. The book is well, intresting, not the best but but not the worst.
Wtf we are on chaper 8 and she already needs him?. She justy started singing for no reason. “Never compromise your worth, not for anyone, not even for family.” so true.
Please explain the fading if she gets out of the Eversea. I still dont understand it.
With this series there is alot of bridgerton vibes and would like the books i read to not have something that i already struggle with in real life in them, especially when its fantasy.
With this book the first few chapters were good then it just became a bore and it was bone dry until the last few chapters.
Why take her out of an abusive relationship and put her right back into a forced one.
The last few chapters had me crying. I think it was the perfect ending
