I saw someone saying “somebody has told me this before”
And I couldn’t agree more.
If you’re just starting with self help or starting to explore this whole realm of “wth am I feeling”, this is an okay book.
But I didn’t need to hear “money won’t make you happy, but meaningful life will”
I already know that one, and I’m glad I do.

First self-help book which I am listening to through audible :)

The second half was definitely more insightful to me than the first, generally the book confirmed a lot of hypothesis I had myself and presented them in a great concise and understandable way. Probs THE self help book you should read on psychology and mental health before any other.

I read this via audiobook and I am now planning on buying a physical copy so I can refer to it as needed. She mentions figures and PDFs in the audiobook so I think it would be helpful to look at those in reference to certain scenarios. Otherwise, this book had really great advice and simple terms. Some of it I didn’t wanna hear, but that probably means it’s something I NEED to hear, right? I specifically appreciated the sections on grief.
