Do you have a thing for roses or something?
I’m starting to like ‘em more and more.

I’ve found a new book that I’m never going to shut up about! Nora is a dancer who ran to LA away from her small town. And while she was trying to escape her past, she brought the past with her. Nash Pierce is a rockstar who left the boyband life after his girlfriend slept with a bandmate. An opportunity arises for Nora to excel as a dancer, and in a blink of an eye, she’s a dancer on Nash’s stadium tour. But it’s SO much more than that! Especially since his team decides that he needs a little push to write his next album. And by push, I mean heartbreak. But that’s a pain neither Nash or Nora are ready for. While Nash has a bad attitude on the outside, he’s got a broken heart on the inside; and it has nothing to do with his ex. Nora and Nash have a connection, from the moment they lock eyes. And no matter how much Nash fights it, he can’t get out of Nora’s orbit. There’s banter between them from the very start, and it only continues to get better the more they connect. Get ready to swoon folks, because it’s been days since I finished the book and my heart is still a melted mess! For as tough as his exterior is, Nash truly is just a softy on the inside. And that’s the side Nora gets. They’re open and honest with each other. They bond, they create special moments together, safe spaces. He’s aware of his baggage, and his vices. And he wants to work through them, for Nora, with Nora. Unfortunately, when the time comes…he’s doing it because of Nora, without her. I was teary eyed the majority of chapter 31, and then lost it by the end. And then I let out a nice loud cuss when I saw the time lapse for chapter 32. And again at chapter 33. Let’s be honest, I cried from chapter 31 until after I finished the book. I can say, without a doubt in my mind, I would cry from beginning to end listening to his new album. Heartbreak in a book has never hurt me like this before. Their pain was (is) my pain. Could their ending be more perfect?! The answer to that is NO! A beautiful, wonderful, perfect five stars. I would give ANYTHING to see Nash and Nora perform Preach. ANYTHING! I'll never see a rain storm or a concert in the rain the same again.

I loved this book it was a great way to start the year. The love story up until the fast forwards was excellent but I felt like the ending was rushed as we didn’t see how the trust was built again we just saw the clear end.
Overall I loved it but it was a bit too rushed for my liking that’s why I am not giving it 5 stars but only 4

While this one didn’t blow me away by any means it was an easy and quick read which is exactly what I wanted. I was definitely entertained throughout the entire story, the pacing was honestly great!
Neither the plot nor the characters were particularly deep, but that’s not what i was looking for in this book anyway.
I just felt like I was watching a super fun romcom movie and that was just what I needed so I had lots of fun with Nash and Nora!

Founded on Goodbye was an emotional story based around lies and deceit for the sake of good music.

Nora Mason is a dancer who is approached by the manager of one of the most popular music artists with a proposition… make Nash Pierce fall in love with her and break his heart. His music is suffering and he needs a broken heart to write another good album.

She never expected him to be someone she could, in turn, fall in love with… and the closer she comes to breaking his heart, the more she shatters her own in the process.

I love a good rockstar romance, but I hadn’t ever read one that details the back up dancer process and it was so much fun. The on stage performances in this book were some of my favorite parts. I absolutely loved Nora and Nash. Going into a book like this, you know that there is going to be some major heart break… and there IS! There is epic pain and emotion in this book. Nash is such a broken human. But he is also so incredibly beautiful, and the romance that builds between he and Nora is intense.

This was a heart stopper for sure!

I think this after each book I read of Kat’s but I truly think no one can top Nash and Nora for me!

Both Nash and Nora have to overcome there past experiences to open themselves up to love and when they get to that point everything comes crashing down. The growth both characters had to go through to make themselves whole again to be able to make their relationship work!!

Pop star and dancer was the storyline I never knew I needed but absolutely love!

Writing is really clumsy and underdeveloped, juts couldn't get into it. Also didn't like the concept of it. One: unrealistic beyond what I can fantasise away and just plain mean.

I love this book. So much.
It was a breath of fresh air in the musician romance genre.
This could have been super cheesy and dramatic and full of clichés but instead we got raw and real characters that you like pretty easily and will root for them from start to finish.
And not only our main characters were awesome but our side characters were *chef's kiss* amazing! So amazing I'm going to need Sebastián and Ziggy and Riley's book asap.
The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because I wanted more in the end and I didn't like the villain but overall it was fantastic.
This is an slow burn romance story with small bits of drama and a lot of fun.
So so good and I fully recommend it.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publishers for the chance to read this book in exchange for an honest review.
