আর রাহীকুল মাখতুম বইটি সারাবিশ্বেই অত্যন্ত প্রশংসীত ও বিখ্যাত। বইটি মূলত হযরত মুহাম্মদ (স.) এর জীবনী বা সিরাত নিয়ে লেখা।
নবিজি হযরত মুহাম্মদ (স.) এর জীবনী এক বইয়ে উপস্থাপন করা খুবই কঠিন কাজ। লেখক আল্লামা ছফিউর রহমান মোবারপুরী কে ধন্যবাদ এই কঠিন কাজটি সম্পাদন করে আমাদের সামনে সহজ ও সুন্দর ভাবে তুলে ধরার জন্য।
সত্যি বলতে আর রাহীকুল মাখতুম বইটা নিয়ে এখানে আলাদাভাবে কিছু বলার নেই। মোটামুটি প্রায় সবাই জানেন এই বই সম্পর্কে।
অনুবাদ প্রসঙ্গে কিছু কথা বলা যেতে পাবে।
আল কোরআন একাডেমী পাবলিকেশন্স থেকে প্রকাশিত বইটির অনুবাদ অত্যন্ত চমৎকার হয়েছে একথা অস্বীকার করার উপায় নেই। অনুবাদক নিজের সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করেছেন সহজ ও সাবলীল ভাষায় বইটি আমাদের সামনে উপস্থাপন করতে।
চেষ্টাটা সফল হয়েছে। মহানবি (স) এর জীবনী পড়তে চাইলে 'আর রাহীকুল মাখতূম' বইটি পড়তে পারেন।

Don’t have too much to say, besides I thought this was a well-written biography that doesn’t go into too much detail about any event, but gives a good chronological summary. It’s quite long, as it should be, and very formal most of the time, just facts and more facts, however when it got to the Final Pilgrimage chapter, it made me very emotional. Definitely a book I need to own a physical copy of, and reread. But the writing style is quite boring, for lack of a better word, so I don’t know how much strength I will have to ever reread this particular one.

I was told that this was the most authentic biography on the life of Holy Prophet (PBUH). I started reading it and in these past 2-3 years I must have read this book at least a dozen times. It is such an enlightening read. The way of writing and describing events clearly refrains from extra dramatic effects addition or any thing that might corrupt the original essence of the Prophets pure life. The events are narrated with extreme simplicity yet in an authentic tone that definitely doesnt fail to cast an impression on the reader. The book contained many details which are generally absent in the other books of this type. Those details were not only necessary but only allowed glances into parts of the Prophets life that had been left untouched. Another vital aspect that this book had was the way lessons and rules were easily extracted and presented to the reader from the experiences and activities of Holy Prophet. The book charmed me and it definitely goes to my favourite. Without doubt a 5-star!
