I really enjoyed this book. Logan and Carson are perfect for each other. I love how strong willed Logan is, doesn't take shit from anyone, including Carson, his friends and even her dad. She was feisty from the beginning and held her ground. The spice and tension between Logan and Carson was hot. They're both strong characters and once they let their feelings get the best of them, things heat up quickly between these two. I loved getting their story and I actually adore the two side characters as well!

Logan and Carson are soon to be step siblings that have crashed into each other’s lives with little to no warning once their parents decide to move in together. The attraction is there from the vary start, but Carson is just determined to make her feel like she doesn’t belong and recruits the help of his two best friends, Hayden & Levi.

Carson is an Uber rich football player basically has a “fake” girlfriend with everything going according to plan until Lo shows up. He uses that angle & Logan being “from the south side” aka wrong side of the tracks to push Lo away, all while wanting to pull her closer. And y’all, once he has a taste… he just can’t stop himself for going back for more

I’m still fresh and new to the taboo world of step brother and step sister romances.

I always get a little nervous veering into this side, but GUYS I absolutely loved this book!

If you are new to this sub genre then line right up because Rosie fucking rocked it out of the park

Rosie alice is amazing and draws you in with her books! I love a good step brother/step sister romance. I think this is my favorite one by far! The smut scenes were AMAZING! Logan was such a bad@ss character and stood her ground. I was sad to see it end.

overall a great story, but i was a bit confused in the epilogue with carson’s choice in his future career. i could’ve sworn that wasn’t the path he wanted to go down

I’m going to start this review off by saying I love ALL romances books. Anywhere from YA to 🌽, just like my bio on bookstagram says. This book however, it made me uncomfy at times when I thought about how old they were. The dirty things that came out of Carson’s mouth I doubt normally come out of a high school aged boy. When he calls her a “Good Girl” I got the ick. I normally LOVE that phrase but when spoken by an older man, not a boy. I don’t know… it just wasn’t it for me. When I was able to not think about their age it was definitely hot and very well written. Logan grew up in the hood and moves with her dad across the tracks to the rich neighborhood so he could be with his fiancé. The dad pissed me off even though he wasn’t really in the story much. Now Carson’s mom Sara, she was the best! I really loved that Logan had Sara in her life. The bullying in the beginning of this book irritated me a bit and at times came off so juvenile but luckily it doesn’t last for long. Especially the reasons he was bullying her 🙄 it was dumb. I read this book pretty quick and I enjoyed most of it. Will I continue on? Maybe. There is a novella of Carson & Logan but we will see if I read it. Normally step sibling romances are my favorite but this one was just okay.
