I loved this book.  What a whirlwind but yet realistic story of mental illness and a toxic and all consuming relationship in your 20s.  Truly captivating.

If I could give this book 10 stars I would.  Maybe I haven’t read a thriller in a while but wow.  You kinda know where this is going the whole time what the book slowly feeds you the details to get there and with some twists.  But who is telling the truth?! I still am not sure.

A lot of talk, little action.  Is the narrator crazy or is the husband crazy?  I feel like I figured this out halfway through and was ready for it to be over by then.

It was fine… but the ending… does she ever come out of the groundhogs day reality or is she stuck in this alternate reality?!

DUH.  Was this going to be anything less than a 5 stars?!

I laughed, I cried, I NEED THIS THIRD BOOK NOW!!

This author makes 600 pages feel like 200. My only critique is that the relationship was a slow start and I could have used more details of after.  But still 5 stars.

Beyond average.  Found it slow, and the main character annoyingly naive.  I was going to give this 3 stars because of the twist but how the book ended and what the author did with the twist was as boring as the rest of the book.  2 stars is generous.

Such an interesting listen/read.  A story of a 14 yr old sentenced to life for a non homicidal crime.  In solitary confinement for 20+ years.  If the person knows no better based on their surroundings, do they really deserve life vs. rehabilitation.  What does solitary confinement for so long do to a person? Is this punishment/torture or recreational?

The author makes amends with his victim.  He takes accountability for his misjudgments and errors.  It is sickening the corrupted actions people of the “law” conjure up.  I do wonder since he admits to his lies and fabrication of events in the past, is he fabricating in this book any? Regardless, still an eye opening story.

The authors poetry is beautiful.

BORING!

What a dud.

Did she think this was ground breaking and have people view her differently?  She is Pamela Anderson and everything you’ve heard, read, watched (the show people, get your heads out of the gutter) or assumed is what it is.  If you expect to learn something new, don’t bother reading this book.

Girl has been through some sh….  It’s not so much about how she got famous and how she found Wade but the trauma she has endured in her life.  If you want a light and fluffy celebrity memoir this is not it.

There is a little name dropping but not much.  I really enjoyed this and her narration.  It’s like a girlfriend talking to you no filter.  But I could use a little less of the P word.
