This story follows Efa, a 21-year-old from London, who is spending time in New York to work and potentially find a way into her dream job. She takes on a maid position at a fancy hotel. While checking out the hotel before starting the next day, she meets a man at the hotel bar and has an unforgettable night with him back at her place. Little does she know that the next day, while cleaning a guest's bathroom, the man from the previous night shows up—and he doesn’t look happy to see her again.
I loved Efa and Ben together. Ben is very grumpy, private, and struggles to trust people due to a past filled with loss and a desire to stay out of the public eye. Efa is young, beautiful, and eager to live in the moment and experience New York. The chemistry between them was great, and the spice was perfect. I will say that I did guess who was behind the security breach attacks on Ben. Overall, it was an enjoyable audiobook and story. Also, if you get the audiobook, the very last chapter is an interview with the author, and I loved hearing her take on memories of working in a hotel and turning them into a beautiful story.

This is a dark, delicious, and intense read. It jumps straight into the spice and grips you. The storyline is mysterious, featuring broken and possessive characters who cannot resist temptation. The male main character (MMC) is very controlling and dominant, while the female main character (FMC) is submissive and not shy about calling him Daddy or Sir. The spice hits and makes me so weak. Cassie has a series called the Transformation Trilogy which is also dark but fantasy. It’s as if she captured that story and rewrote it in a more contemporary, dark, and workplace setting that's very different but has similar vibes. Overall, I enjoyed this read, and the audiobook is brilliant. I highly recommend it.

The way Leo attends to and takes care of her made me swoon. Emily stood up for herself towards the end, and I was cheering her on. A.E. Nalle does not disappoint when it comes to spice. If you're looking for a quick, dark, and spicy read, don’t sleep on the Wicked series.

Wow, what an incredibly emotional and gripping read. This book tugs at your heartstrings with memories from the past and the portrayal of how broken this man Cal has become. Slowly chipping away at his hard exterior, Lucy makes her way in. The tension and slow burn between these two were fantastic. Emma’s beautiful spirit living on in the pages she wrote as a kid melted my heart. The way this ended left me clutching my heart in shock. I need the next book now. The audiobook is fantastic, and I highly recommend it.

I loved this book, and these two characters had great soul mate energy. The hate and tension between them at the start were fantastic. When they started communicating, yelling, and crying at each other, it’s my kryptonite. To have a love so strong and fighting for it was beautiful. Everything that man did was beautiful. The house, tattoo, and the mouth on Cade were illegal. I’m very excited for the next book as the snippets of Pippa and Camden in the book had me laughing, and I can already feel the tension. Loved this book!

What an emotional read. I loved reading Reese’s happily ever after. The anxiety I felt in the first two books—this man deserves the world. Both are going through a lot, and Sarah is so strong. I'm glad Reese could show her what it’s like to feel and be loved. I love how her mum was so accepting, patient, and open to difficult conversations. Be mindful of the contents and themes when diving into this. Also, the audiobook is brilliant; I recommend it.

Ava is a powerhouse and the perfect person for this role, inspiring younger women. She pushes the norms and is the moment. Very confident, she knows what she wants and who she represents. Jamie, the grumpy bodyguard, is incredible. The things this man did for her, after giving in to her flirty sass was perfection. Looking after the cat and setting up her seat for long trips had me weak. Don’t even get me started on this man's mouth and bedroom antics. I loved these two together as they had great banter and chemistry.
I will say the culprit behind the sabotage was predictable, and I'm a little gutted we didn’t get that book scene he tabbed played out. Lastly, at times I felt some lines and words were repetitive throughout the book. Other than that another great read by Morgan.

This was a very conflicting read. The cover states it's a broken love story, and that's exactly what you get, and then some. If you are a fan of the cheating trope or want to get into it, this is not the book to start with. It tells the story of being in a committed, loving relationship and giving it all up due to heartbreaking situations, making the wrong choice, and completely checking out—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This is the first time I have felt uncomfortable reading the cheating trope. The MMC, Arsen, made me so angry, and I just didn’t grasp the initial connection, so I was always team Ben. Honestly, justice for Ben because that man deserves the world. He loved Cathy with every fiber of his soul. I feel for Cathy but also have so much hate for what she did. This book got me fired up. The ending threw me for a spin, and I still want justice for Ben. I'm happy and sad by how this ended, but I don’t feel whole.

This story follows Marissa, 21, who attends a wedding as a beautiful bridesmaid and has an unforgettable night with a handsome, confident man. The next morning, he leaves, never to be seen again. Three months later, Marissa starts a new job at Beckham Security, only to discover that she will be working for the man she can’t stop thinking about, Christopher Holt. She also finds out on her first day that he is married. What could go wrong?
I enjoyed this book. The tension and chemistry between the two were fantastic. I love books with sneaking around, but adding the marriage element just ticks something in my brain. Holly, the wife, is a piece of work. I felt bad for Chris and what he was dealing with. The spice is incredible, with quite a few scenes that make you kick your feet and scream. I would love to go back and read the first two books in the series. However, I do have a few things I want to discuss that I’m questioning. First off, how did Holly know they were still talking? It was brushed over a few times that maybe she was listening in, but it wasn’t explored to my knowledge. I feel like that’s a big deal. When she returned from Paris and he sent her fifty emails, she claimed she didn’t get them and said, “Maybe when I was drunk I blocked you.” Personally, I didn’t enjoy this answer and wanted more of an explanation. The time jump of two and a half years and six months threw me off a little. Lastly, the lack of communication with Marissa’s parents at the end was what I struggled with the most. Why didn’t they both sit them down after the wedding and explain what really went on? Then it jumps to six months later, and he meets her parents separately, and her father managed to pull information on his divorce to understand a little of what went on in his broken marriage. I feel this is a bit of a privacy conflict, and the parents are still missing key information on the situation. I’m not satisfied with how this scene played out.
Even though I listed a few things that didn’t sit right with me, I still really enjoyed this overall. I just wish some things had played out differently, as all were minor issues until the final few chapters.

I love how Birdie, a plus-size character often judged in the public eye, seems more confident now than she was as a teenager. When Liam called her “Birdie Girl,” I was melting. His protective and caring side, even after all this time, was beautiful. What a fun story. I’m excited to explore more of Kayla’s work in the future!
