Every behavior can be broken down into: motivation, ability, prompt

Steps:
1. Clarify the aspiration
2. Explore behavior options
3. Match with specific behaviors
4. Start tiny
5. Find a good prompt
6. Celebrate success
7. Troubleshoot, iterate, and expand

I liked the positive vibe of this self-help book. I do feel like I would need to re-read it to absorb it better though.

I’m both attracted to and repelled by self-help books. I love the idea of being given a recipe for change but I hate reading all the psycho-babble which, inevitably, builds it into a book.
Tiny Habits has a reasonable ‘exercise to waffle’ ratio, persuasive anecdotes and a positive tone.
If you’re looking to make changes in your life, and are finding it hard to stick to your resolutions, this book is worth a try.
Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for this arc.
Just a final note – I’ve been reading other views of this book on Goodreads and can’t help noticing how many of the glowing reviews are by people who have only ever read this book! I am a genuine reader and Goodreads member and although I got this book for free, this is an honest review. (Actually, maybe I should use the word 'impartial' rather than honest.. I'm sure they are honest fans/friends of the author.)

Read, implement, re-read, implement some more.

This book will be on my annual reading list! I have tons of notes and have already created new habits based on the ABC formula. It will help me help my clients and those in my programs, too.

This and Atomic Habits compliment each other and are life changing

I highly recommend this and James Clear's Atomic Habits. I plan to read both of them every year to continuously improve my system of Atomic/Tiny habits.

Really good concepts and ideas but it was way to long, I feel like if you read only the first half, you get all the informations.
