Well I think the lifestyle presented here is a great idea and a super easy way to 'lean' into a vegan lifestyle.
I enjoyed the way it was broken down into days. My one complaint is probably not a complaint for everyone: I just really don't cook and don't care about recipes. The back third of the book was recipes, and they were not well formatted for an ebook.
