Interesting book, I would say at least half of it was educational. More of it was on weight loss then I was looking for, but the schedule part was useful.

I listened to "Change Your Schedule, Change Your Life" as an audiobook and while presents some intriguing ideas, its length could be condensed to a quarter of its volume. The book tends to oversimplify by assuming that most people would fall into one box if they followed the same patterns (certainly not true), lacking depth in its approach through overall generalising. Additionally, the illustrative examples of the application of the author's methods are often trivial, detracting from the overall impact of the book.

Very informative and interesting read about chronobiology. Some good food for thought about changes I can make in the areas of diet, exercise, and sleep to make my overall quality of life better. I just ordered myself my own physical copy!

Really, really enjoyed this book, and will be employing several of the ideas to help (hopefully) regulate my sleep cycle. I liked the author's writing style and the audiobook was well-produced.

Very convincing, but not very helpful for those of us who tend to fall asleep late and oversleep our alarms. Needs more focus on how to change to the "ideal" schedule.

This was a great book, full of so much information that I bought the book so that I could highlight and take notes!

I can see that the info in this book makes sense and could actually help with sleep, weight loss and overall health! 

I am gonna read the book, so I can start putting some of these things into practice. I have already started going to bed earlier and waking up earlier!

Absolutely loved this. I love learning about holistic ways to be healthy. Got lots of ideas from this. It reinforced things I already knew. Simple changes have helped me improve my sleep almost immediately. Highly recommend. Quick read too.

I learned a lot from this books and always had my highlighter at the ready! It was incredibly informative, I appreciate the amount of research and references that are shared throughout. My hope is that I am able to apply the knowledge that was shared to impact my own daily schedule for the better.
